We like to tailor our fees to suit you according to the nature and progress of the project, on the basis of the proposed works and services required. A combination of fixed fees and hourly rates can be agreed in advance.

BUILDING CONTRACTS
Advise and prepare appropriate building contract, administer contract and carry out site aftercare.
CONSENTS
Comply with regulations; Planning, Building Control, Party Wall Act, and Construction, Design and Management (CDM).
CONSTRUCTION DESIGN & MANAGEMENT
Act as CDM coordinators.
COST CONTROL
Caried out in house for contracts up to £200,000 and with quantity surveyor above £200,000.
FEASIBILITY
Advise on feasibility, planning and other consents required, also the stages involved.
MEASURED SURVEY
Visit site and measure existing building and draw up for application for planning permission.
PARTY WALL SURVEY
Prepare notices, awards, and schedule of conditions.
SCHEME
Develop outline proposals for planning and building control.
