Feasibility…

To assess whether the alterations you have in mind are practical, and likely to be acceptable to the planners. Particularly useful before buying. Whether for a development site or your own home.

Initial Design and Planning Applications…

Preparing design ideas, discussions with Local authority planners drafting applications and design statements, currently resulting in several planning consents every month.

Construction and Building Regulations…

Preparing construction drawings and schedules of works, and obtaining builder’s tenders.

We always consider structure and other regulations at the planning stage of any project. Where your work is more complex, we are able to recommend and brief engineers and other specialists.

Andrew has completed the comprehensive repair course run by the Society for the Preservation of Ancient Buildings, and has worked on a variety of listed and historic buildings.

We will advise you on what is required under the CDM Regulations, and can act as CDM Coordinator if one is required.
