Challenging site in the Putney Conservation Area- Challenge Accepted!

We are pleased to announce that we have managed to receive planning permission for a project located in one of Putney's Conservation areas. Previous to this, other's tried to get approval but were unable to. When the client approached us, we achieved planning approval first time by getting the design right first time round! The project involved the redesign and use of a derelict backland and garage blocks. We ensured from the beginning that good communication was evident between the planning department and the design team. This project was certainly a challenge and one we accepted and made into a success!

Business as usual!

We are still operating as usual and have been since the national lockdown. We have still been working on building regulation drawings, carrying out surveys and putting proposals forward for planning permission. We have also been able to see the completion of projects during the lockdown with constructions being completed and approved proposals going out to tender!

Behind the scenes!

Images taken on site during the construction phases of one of our recent projects. As you can see, once the plasterboard has been put up, all the pipes, electrical and wires will be hidden. Everyone gets to see the finished result, but few get to see behind the scenes!
