After a lot of meetings, design, teamwork and a clear vision with the Architect and client, a new three storey hotel extension has finally been approved! The Lodge Hotel in Putney, had a committee meeting held last week and to the delight of all parties, Wandsworth Planning committee approved the application with no hesitation along with 19 additional hotel rooms and various other hotel improvement works.
The journey to reach such a destination was far from easy and with numerous hurdles in our way, we were able to adapt and overcome each obstacle- especially the objections made by the neighbours. The high quality design of the scheme convinced the planning committee to support and approve the reasons behind the proposal. At ANDREW CATTO ARCHITECTS, care and precision along with close teamwork with the planning officers, planning consultant team ROK Planning (Jamie Dempster and Will Thompson) and client ensured the success of The Lodge Hotel project.
With such a chaotic and unprecedented year, Andrew Catto Architects have managed to close the year 2020 on a success!
